Description: The BCL6 gene encodes a 706 amino acid nuclear protein of the Kruppeltype zinc finger protein. It is rearranged in about 30% of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas, and is expressed predominantly in normal germinal centre B cells and related lymphomas.
