Description: SA1-9588 contains 1 ml of antibody linked to agarose beads (50%) in PBS with 0. 02% sodium azide. This antibody reacts with the heavy and light chains of the immunoglobulin molecule. SA1-9588 immunogen is immunoglobulin isolated from chicken serum. To obtain optimal immunoprecipitation, incubate the beads with samples containing IgY antibodies-protein complex for at least 10 minutes. Binding capacity of the beads is approximately 450 µg to 500 µg IgY per ml solid beads.
