Catalog Number: (77001-846)
Supplier: Zymo Research
Description: The ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community DNA Standard is designed to assess bias, errors and other artifacts after the step of nucleic acid purification.

Catalog Number: (77001-842)
Supplier: Zymo Research
Description: The ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community Standard is designed to assess bias and errors in the extraction methods of a microbiomics workflow.

Catalog Number: (89165-820)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: The procedure for labeling of DNA probes with a polynucleotide "tail" containing hapten-labeled nucleotides was developed by Enzo. In such terminal labeling reactions, terminal transferase catalyzes the addition of nucleotides to any 3'-OH terminus in a template independent manner. This rapid and convenient nonradioactive labeling procedure is free of any sequence bias that is normally observed in random priming or nick translation reactions.

Catalog Number: (10090-228)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: MINA, also named as MDIG, MINA53 and NO52, belongs to the MINA53/NO66 family. It is involved in cellular proliferation. MINA may play an important role in cell growth and survival. It is involved in ribosome biogenesis, most likely during the assembly process of pre-ribosomal particles. The transcriptional repressor MINA has been shown to repress Il4 gene expression by directly binding to its promoter, thereby, controlling TH2 bias.

Supplier: AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC (CSD) CA
Description: Replacement Omega ion extraction lenses for 7700, 7800, 7900, 8800, 8900 ICP-MS with x-lens and s-lens.

Catalog Number: (89417-342)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: MINA Antibody: MINA is nuclear localized, myc-inducible protein that is thought to play a role in mammalian cell proliferation. Treatment of cancer cells lines such as the colon cancer cell line SW680 with siRNA against MINA inhibits cell growth, demonstrating that MINA may be a potential therapeutic target. MINA regulates several genes related to cell adhesion and metabolism that have also been shown to be regulated by c-Myc, but also regulates other genes whose expression are not modulated by c-Myc such as EGFR, IL-6 and HGF. MINA has also been found to act as a repressor to IL-4 expression in T cells, indicating that it may also play a role in T cell differentiation and genetic variation in T helper type 2 bias.

Supplier: Texwipe
Description: These wipers are made from 100% cotton material with a cut edge, cleanroom manufactured.

Catalog Number: (10103-506)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: QPCT is responsible for the biosynthesis of pyroglutamyl peptides. QPCT has a bias against acidic and tryptophan residues adjacent to the N-terminal glutaminyl residue and a lack of importance of chain length after the second residue. It also catalyzes N-terminal pyroglutamate formation. In vitro, catalyzes pyroglutamate formation of N-terminally truncated form of APP amyloid-beta peptides [Glu-3]-beta-amyloid. QPCT may be involved in the N-terminal pyroglutamate formation of several amyloid-related plaque-forming peptides. This gene encodes human pituitary glutaminyl cyclase, which is responsible for the presence of pyroglutamyl residues in many neuroendocrine peptides. The amino acid sequence of this enzyme is 86% identical to that of bovine glutaminyl cyclase. Publication Note: This RefSeq record includes a subset of the publications that are available for this gene. Please see the Entrez Gene record to access additional publications.

Catalog Number: (77439-544)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: CD103/Integrin alpha E is a new member of the integrin series of adhesion molecules containing the beta7 subunit. This antigen defines a developmentally important subset of T cells, namely mucosal T cells including all IEL (intraepithelial lymphocytes) and ~20% of lamina propria T cells. Expression of CD103 is more restricted outside these mucosal organs, appearing at lower levels on T cell subsets of the lymph node, dendritic epidermis and periphery. In non-epithelial CD103+ T cells there is a bias toward expression on CD8+ cells. Integrin alpha E is a heterodimer comprising a 150kDa alpha chain and a 120kDa beta chain. Integrin alpha E is expressed by approximately 1% of peripheral blood lymphocytes, activated T lymphocytes and by hairy cell leukaemia cells. The antigen is also expressed by intraepithelial lymphocytes.
