Catalog Number: (76101-386)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: May catalyze the degradation of intercellular cohesive structures in the cornified layer of the skin in the continuous shedding of cells from the skin surface. Specific for amino acid residues with aromatic side chains in the P1 position. Cleaves insulin A chain at '14-Tyr-|-Gln-15' and insulin B chain at '6-Leu-|-Cys-7', '16-Tyr-|-Leu-17', '25-Phe-|-Tyr-26' and '26-Tyr-|-Thr-27'. Could play a role in the activation of precursors to inflammatory cytokines.

Catalog Number: (77440-044)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Putative adhesion molecule of myelomonocytic-derived cells that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface. In the immune response, may act as an inhibitory receptor upon ligand induced tyrosine phosphorylation by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatase(s) via their SH2 domain(s) that block signal transduction through dephosphorylation of signaling molecules. Induces apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia (<i>in vitro</i>).

Catalog Number: (89520-388)
Supplier: Abgent
Description: Polyclonal antibody, Isotype: Rabbit Ig, Species reactivity: Human, Gene ID: 6224, Target/Specificity: This RPS20 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 26-55 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human RPS20.

Catalog Number: (10354-690)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: SIGLEC10 is a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. It preferentially binds to alpha2,3- or 2,6-linked sialic acid. SIGLEC10 interacts with PTPN6/SHP-1 upon phosphorylation. The protein is expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes (eosinophils, monocytes and a natural killer cell subpopulation).

Catalog Number: (75789-920)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9(Siglec 9) is expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes (neutrophils and monocytes but not eosinophils), and found in liver, fetal liver, bone marrow, placenta, spleen and in lower levels in skeletal muscle, fetal brain and so on. It is a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. It also binds to alpha-2,3- or alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface.

Description: Chemokine (C C Motif) Ligand 26 (CCL26) is a novel small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family, which involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. CCL26 is expressed constitutively in thymus, but only transiently in phytohemagglutinin-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It specifically binds and induces chemotaxis in T cells and elicits its effects by interacting with the chemokine receptor CCR4. Eotaxin-3/CCL26, along with Eotaxin-1 and Eotaxin-2, selectively activates the CC chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3). The Eotaxin-3-CCR3 interaction may play an important role in allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis and bronchial asthma. The full-length cDNA for Eotaxin-3 encodes a protein of 94 amino acids with a putative signal peptide of either 23 or 26 amino acid residues. Both the 71 and 68 amino acid residue variants of recombinant Eotaxin-3 demonstrate equal potency in inducing chemotaxis of a human CCR3-transfected cell line. Unlike most other CC chemokines, Eotaxin-3 maps to human chromosome 7q11.2, within 40 kilobases of the Eotaxin-2 loci. Eotaxin-3 and Eotaxin-2 are unique in that they are the only chemokines identified to date that map to chromosome 7.
