Equipment and enclosure Bio-decontamination with Bioquell Technology
Disinfect equipment or small enclosure systems and more using Ecolab’s Bioquell bio-decontamination systems. Bio-decontamination can be achieved through quick and direct connections to equipment and ports, open spaces, or for custom engineering solutions. Isolators, biosafety cabinets, material airlocks, lyophilizers, pass-throughs, rack washers and more with Bioquell technology. For nearly any need, Ecolab has an automated bio-decontamination solution with validated cycles to meet your needs.
Ecolab utilizes Bioquell Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilant (EPA Registration Number: 72372-1-86703) to help eliminate microbial contamination from surfaces. This sterilant is emitted in a vapor form through the use of Bioquell hydrogen peroxide vapor systems. Features of Ecolab's Bioquell hydrogen peroxide vapor systems include:
- Hydrogen peroxide vapor generators in fixed, integrated, or mobile formats
- Validated cycles for 6-log sporicidal kill on exposed surfaces utilizing Bioquell Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilant (EPA Registration Number 72372-1-86703)
- Adaptable to various equipment types including Biosafety cabinets, closed systems and isolators, cage and rack washers, pass-throughs, material airlocks, freeze dryers and more
- Utilizes EPA registered sterilant 35% w/w aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution
- Designed with RFID label technology for traceability and auditing
- 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail compliance package
- Integration testing for BMS and more complex systems
- Cycle recording (thermal printer and solutions for real time cycle data, including electronic records in pdf format)
- Remote start stop integration and Automation
- Supports GMP compliance
Bioquell L-4 for Equipment Bio-decontamination
The Bioquell L-4 can bio-decontaminate enclosures, equipment, and more or, with additional accessories, be used for room bio-decontamination.
Bioquell SeQure, a Mounted Bio-decontamination System
Wall-mounted and compact, the Bioquell SeQure kills microorganisms on exposed surfaces in smaller spaces such as MALs and pass-through chambers.
