Description: Anti-FBXO8 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Catalog Number: (10086-416)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: FBXO7, also named as FBX7, is a substrate recognition component of a (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. FBXO7 recognizes BIRC2 and DLGAP5. It function in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.

Supplier: Proteintech
Description: EIF4A3 is a component of the exon junction complex (EJC), which assembles near exon-exon junctions of mRNAs as a result of splicing. EJC proteins involves in postsplicing events, including mRNA export, cytoplasmic localization, and nonsense-mediated decay. Its RNA-dependent ATPase and RNA-helicase activities are induced by CASC3, but abolished in presence of the MAGOH/RBM8A heterodimer, thereby trapping the ATP-bound EJC core onto spliced mRNA in a stable conformation. Besides, it involved in translational enhancement of spliced mRNAs after formation of the 80S ribosome complex and binds spliced mRNA in sequence-independent manner, 20-24 nucleotides upstream of mRNA exon-exon junctions

Description: The Ccr4–Not complex is evolutionarily conserved and controls gene expression both at the level of transcription initiation and of mRNA degradation. And this complex can regulate pol II transcription. Promoter targeting of CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 2 (CNOT2) results in strong repression of pol II transcription. CNOT2-mediated repression is sensitive to the HDAC (histone deacetylase) inhibitor, TSA (trichostatin A).

Description: The MYB protein is a transcription factor that plays a key role in regulating the proliferation/differentiation of progenitor cells in bone marrow, colonic crypts, and neurogenic niches . It is involved in the regulation of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and invasion in neuroblastoma, colon carcinoma, and embryonic kidney cells through the upregulation of the transcription repressor Slug . It also a DNA-binding protein that specifically recognize the sequence 5'-YAAC[GT]G-3', and plays an important role in the control of proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells.

Supplier: Proteintech
Description: TRAPPC2 is one component of the TRAPP multisubunit tethering complex involved in intracellular vesicle trafficking . It acts as an adaptor for the TRAPP complex in mammalian cells, mediating interactions with both TRAPPC9 and TRAPPC8. It prevents transcriptional repression and induction of cell death by ENO1. Also it plays a role in vesicular transport from endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi.

Catalog Number: (10096-314)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: Tripartite motif-containing 14(TRIM14) belongs to the TRIM protein family that contains 3 zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type1 and a B-box type2 and plays key roles in cellular proliferation, differentiation, development, transformation, and immune response mechanisms . TRIM4 inhibits the transcriptional activity of SPI1 in a dose-dependent manner. It may participate in the early stages of differentiation of embryonic stem cells, leading to the formation of embryoid bodies.

Description: NFkB is a pleiotropic transcription factor which is present in almost all cell types and is involved in many biological processed such as inflammation, immunity, differentiation, cell growth, tumorigenesis and apoptosis. NFkB is activated by various intra- and extracellular stimuli such as cytokines, oxidant free radicals, ultraviolet irradiation, and bacterial or viral products. NFkB is a family of transcription factors that consists of homo- and heterodimers of NFkB1/p50 and RelA/p65 subunits, and controls a variety of cellular events including development and immune responses. All members share a conserved amino terminus domain that includes dimerization, nuclear localization, and DNA binding regions, and a carboxy terminal transactivation domain. Serines 529 and 536 in the transactivation domain of RelA/p65 are phosphorylated in response to several stimuli including phorbol ester, IL1 alpha and TNF alpha as mediated by IkB kinase and p38 MAPK. Phosphorylation of serines 529 and 536 is critical for RelA/p65 transcriptional activity. Activated NFkB translocates into the nucleus and stimulates the expression of genes involved in a wide variety of biological functions. Inappropriate activation of NFkB has been associated with a number of inflammatory diseases while persistent inhibition of NFkB leads to inappropriate immune cell development or delayed cell growth. NFKB1 appears to have dual functions such as cytoplasmic retention of attached NF-kappa-B proteins by p105 and generation of p50 by a cotranslational processing. This antibody can bind p105 isoforms of NFKB1.
