Description: This antibody is predicted to react with bovine based on sequence homology. TYROBP encodes a transmembrane signaling polypeptide which contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) in its cytoplasmic domain. The encoded protein may associate with the killer-cell inhibitory receptor (KIR) family of membrane glycoproteins and may act as an activating signal transduction element. This protein may bind zeta-chain (TCR) associated protein kinase 70kDa (ZAP-70) and spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) and play a role in signal transduction, bone modeling, brain myelination, and inflammation. Mutations within this gene have been associated with polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy (PLOSL), also known as Nasu-Hakola disease. Its putative receptor, triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2), also causes PLOSL.

Description: DNAJC6 belongs to the evolutionarily conserved DNAJ/HSP40 family of proteins, which regulate molecular chaperone activity by stimulating ATPase activity. DNAJ proteins may have up to 3 distinct domains: a conserved 70-amino acid J domain, usually at the N terminus, a glycine/phenylalanine (G/F)-rich region, and a cysteine-rich domain containing 4 motifs resembling a zinc finger domain.

Description: Host: Rabbit Species Reactivity: Human (Hu) Immunogen: Synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human LMBR1L conjugated to KLH.

Catalog Number: (CAPIMA14997)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: MA1-4997 detects Fc epsilonR1 alpha from human samples. The CRA1 (AER37) monoclonal antibody reacts with the Fc epsilonR1 alpha subunit on a region that does not overlap the region of the IgE binding site, thus it does not compete with IgE for the receptor bindings. MA1-4997 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry (paraffin, frozen) applications. The MA1-4997 immunogen is region of Fc epsilonR1 alpha which does not overlap with the IgE binding site. Fc epsilonR1 alpha is subunit of the high affinity receptor of IgE to which it directly binds. Fc epsilonR1 is a tetrameric complex consisting of one alpha, one ß, and two additional subunits. The latter two are required for signal transduction activity. The Fc epsilonR1 complex plays an important role in triggering allergic responses.

Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: Arylsulfatase B encoded by this gene belongs to the sulfatase family. The arylsulfatase B homodimer hydrolyzes sulfate groups of N-Acetyl-D-galactosamine, chondriotin sulfate, and dermatan sulfate. The protein is targetted to the lysozyme. Mucopolysaccharidosis type VI is an autosomal recessive lysosomal storage disorder resulting from a deficiency of arylsulfatase B. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.

Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: ADAMDEC1 may play an important role in the control of the immune response and during pregnancy.

Catalog Number: (CAPIPA5-18784)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: This antibody is predicted to react with canine, mouse and rat based on sequence homology.

Catalog Number: (CAPIPA5-17972)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: This antibody is predicted to react with bovine, canine and mouse based on sequence homology. This gene encodes a dual-specificity phosphatase that acts on both phosphotyrosine and phosphoserine. It is required for muscle cell differentiation and mutations in this gene have been identified as being responsible for X-linked myotubular myopathy.

Catalog Number: (CAPIPA5-18662)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: This antibody is predicted to react with canine, mouse and rat based on sequence homology. Atrophin-1 contains a polyglutamine repeat, expansion of which is responsible for dentatorubral and pallidoluysian atrophy. The protein encoded by this gene interacts with atrophin-1. This encoded protein is a closely related member of the NEDD4-like protein family. This family of proteins are E3 ubiquitin-ligase molecules and regulate key trafficking decisions, including targeting of proteins to proteosomes or lysosomes. This encoded protein contains four tandem WW domains and a HECT domain. It can act as a transcriptional corepressor of p45/NFE2 and may participate in the regulation of immune responses by modifying Notch-mediated signaling. It is highly similar to the mouse Itch protein, which has been implicated in the regulation and differentiation of erythroid and lymphoid cells.

Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: Imject™ maleimide conjugation buffer (30 mL) is sufficient for dissolving up to 60 mg of sulfhydryl-peptide for maleimide conjugation with carrier proteins.

Catalog Number: (CAPIPA5-18808)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: This gene encodes N-acetylgalactosamine-6-sulfatase which is a lysosomal exohydrolase required for the degradation of the glycosaminoglycans, keratan sulfate, and chondroitin 6-sulfate. Sequence alterations including point, missense and nonsense mutations, as well as those that affect splicing, result in a deficiency of this enzyme. Deficiencies of this enzyme lead to Morquio A syndrome, a lysosomal storage disorder.

Description: EMILIN1 may be responsible for anchoring smooth muscle cells to elastic fibers, and may be involved not only in the formation of the elastic fiber, but also in the processes that regulate vessel assembly. It has cell adhesive capacity.

Catalog Number: (CAPIPA5-12748)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation. In some cases, expression of the FOS gene has also been associated with apoptotic cell death.

Catalog Number: (CAPIPA5-13703)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: This antibody is predicted to react with bovine, chicken, mouse, porcine, rat, rabbit and Xenopus based on sequence homology. Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine/osteonectin/BM40, or SPARC, is a matrix-associated protein that elicits changes in cell shape, inhibits cell-cycle progression, and influences the synthesis of extracellular matrix (ECM).
