Description: This antibody recognizes a protein of 205 kDa-220 kDa, identified as CD45RA (Workshop III). CD45RA is isoforms of the human leukocyte common antigen (CD45). Human CD45 contains three exons which encode peptide segments designated A, B and C, respectively. The differential splicing of the exons generates at least five isoforms, ABC, AB, BC, B and O. This antibody reacts with ABC and BC isoforms. CD45RA is expressed on 40-50% of peripheral CD4 T-cells, 50% of peripheral CD8 T-cells, B-cells, and leukemic B-cell lines. T-cells expressing CD45RA are naive or virgin T-cells. T-cells expressing CD45RO are memory T-cells. CD45RA and CD45RO define complementary, predominantly non-overlapping populations of resting peripheral T-cells. This MAb is useful in study on the subpopulation of CD4 or CD8 T-cells. It can especially be used to differentiate T-cell lymphomas (CD45RO ve) from B cell lymphomas (CD45RA ve).

CF® dyes are Biotium's next-generation fluorescent dyes. CF®647 is a far-red fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 650/665 nm) with excellent brightness. It also is compatible with super-resolution imaging by STORM.

CF® dyes are Biotium's next-generation fluorescent dyes. CF®405S is a blue fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 404/431 nm) with superior brightness compared to other blue dyes; it is also compatible with super-resolution imaging by SIM. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Description: OX40L [CD252; CD134L] is a membrane-expressed cytokine that belongs to the TNF ligand family. It acts as costimulator through interaction with its ligand OX40 on T cells, stimulating T cell activation, proliferation and cytokine production. OX40L is expressed on antigen presenting cells including B cells, dendritic cells, mast cells and endothelium. MultimericOX40L is a high activity construct in which two trimeric OX40L ligands are artificially linked via the collagen domain of ACRP30. This construct very effectively activates T cell proliferation.

Description: CXCL 14 (C-X-C motif chemokine 14) is a small inducible cytokine, and may be a potent chemoattractant for neutrophils. CXCL14 possesses a destruction box (D-box) domain which acts as a recognition signal for degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. CXCL14 is widely expressed in normal tissues including heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas without inflammatory stimuli. It is dispensable for dendritic cell function and localization within peripheral tissues. In localized porostae cancer, CXCL14 mRNA was significantly upregulated and positively correlated with Gleason score.

A solvent of low toxicity, it is also relatively inexpensive and often used in household and industrial products. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use. These materials may or may not have a Certificate of Analysis available.

Description: DYRK1B(dual-specificity tyrosine-(Y)-phosphorylation regulated kinase 1B) is also named as MIRK. It is a member of the dyrk/minibrain family of serine/threonine kinases that mediate the transition from growth to differentiation in lower eukaryotes and mammals. DYRK1B functions as a transcriptional coactivator that is activated by co-expressed MKK3, a MAP kinase that also can activate p38 MAP kinase. The DYRK1B splice variants found in each muscle tissue exhibit approximate molecular weights of 70 and 75 kDa. It has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing of the molecular weight of 65-69 kDa.

Description: MultimericCD40L™ is a high activity construct in which two trimeric CD40 ligands are artificially linked via the collagen domain of ACRP30. This construct very effectively simulates the natural membrane-assisted aggregation of CD40L in vivo. It provides a simple and equally potent alternative to CD40L+enhancer combinations. MultimericCD40L™ has shown to suppress alum-induced IL-1beta release and caspase-1 activation in a dose-, CD40- and time dependent manner, without affecting BMDM (Bone marrow-derived macrophages) viability. It also effectively suppressed the inflammasome function triggered by NLRP3 activators. The secretion of caspase-1 independent inflammatory mediators has been shown to be unaltered or even enhanced.
