Filters Syringe Filters

LabExact® disposable non-sterile nylon/polyamide filtration media syringe filters are hydrophilic with a 1 µm glass microfiber prefilter that raises absorption capacity and loading.

Hydrophilic filteration media
Recommended for filtration of aqueous or organic/aqueous medium polar liquids
Commonly used for general laboratory filtration and filtration of HPLC and GC samples prior to injection
Suitable for filtration of aqueous and organic-aqueous polar medium liquids and dissolution sample analysis
Suitable for use with high pH samples

Syringe filters feature Luer-Lok™ and pressure fitting. They are ultrasonically bonded for reliability and the filter media type is clearly inscribed on barrel. Excellent unit-to-unit and lot-to-lot reproducibility and consistency. The concentric funnel shaped barrel increases volume and decreases back pressure.

Caution: Since it binds proteins it is not suitable for protein recovery applications.
