IsoGel® Precast agarose IEF plates provide rapid and reproducible isoelectric focusing of proteins up to 2000 kDa.

Versatile - Fits most chambers
Convenient - No more pouring plates

The proteins can be quickly transferred from gel to membrane, stained in situ, or detected by antibodies within one hour of loading the gel. Each gel is supported on GelBond® film to provide dimensional stability throughout the IEF processing, and the convenient 125×100 mm (½×³/₈") gel size fits most horizontal IEF chambers. Each lot of plates is functionally tested and a Certificate of Analysis is available upon request. Store plates at 2 to 8 °C (36 to 46° F) for 12 months from the date of manufacture. Store accessories at 18 to 26 °C (64 to 79 °F).

Application: Isoelectric focusing.

Ordering information: Plates come in packs of six. The plate accessory pack (12001-450) comes with enough masks, 125mm wicks, and blotting paper for six plates. The accessory bulk pack (12002-142) comes with 100 each of 125 mm wicks and blotting paper.
