PureCube maleimide agarose XL resin is your best option to couple biomolecules carrying thiol (SH) groups.

Usage: Specific binding and purification of 6× His tagged proteins

The resulting Thioether bond between the maleimide agarose beads and your biomolecule of interest is stable so that the bead can be used for other applications afterward. Our PureCube maleimide activated agarose is also available as magnetic beads in case you prefer this method, or as agarose resin with a smaller bead diameter if your downstream application requires more mechanically stable beads.
