The pairing of an enzyme to its substrate is one of the most specific combinations in life sciences. PureCube Glutathione MagBeads is a suspension of tiny 30 µm magnetic purification beads that are used for this purpose. Their small size provides high mechanical stability. Additionally, we offer GST-tag affinity MagBeads with a bead diameter of 90 µm for very viscous cell media. Alternatively, Glutathione Agarose resins for FPLC or batch spin approaches are also available.
