You can choose between two sizes:1 ml bed volume and 5 ml bed volume. The PureCube cartridge/column used here is compatible with almost all commonly used FPLC systems like ÄKTA. If not, we recommend buying the sole loose PureCube Co-NTA resin and packing the columns yourself. Alternatively, we offer our PureCube Co-NTA products as magnetic beads if you prefer this IMAC method.
