The Testosterone EIA kit is a colorimetric competitive enzyme immunoassay kit with results in 3 hours. Absorbance is read at 405nm. Ready-to-use liquid color-coded reagents are provided to reduce error. The reproducible results lot-after-lot provide excellent consistency, ideal for longitudinal studies.

Not suitable for human serum and plasma. For those samples use product 89133-298. Cited sample types include tissue and feces.
