GSC regulates chordin (CHRD). GSC may play a role in spatial programing within discrete embryonic fields or lineage compartments during organogenesis. This gene encodes a member of the bicoid subfamily of the paired (PRD) homeobox family of proteins. The encoded protein acts as a transcription factor and may be autoregulatory. A similar protein in mice plays a role in craniofacial and rib cage development during embryogenesis.
GSC antibody can be used for detection of GSC by ELISA at 1:12500. GSC antibody can be used for detection of GSC by western blot at 1 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 ?L of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
