Challenge
A Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company recognized the value of having a single-channel strategy with regards to lab supplies and was looking to revamp its procurement system to help improve their internal user experience. The initial rollout of the program caused end-user adoption issues as well as created a backlog with the internal requisition management team (RMT).
