Description: ING2, also named as ING1L, belongs to the ING family and contains a PHD-type zinc finger. It is induced by the DNA-damaging agents etoposide and neocarzinostatin. As a candidate tumor suppressor, ING2 seems to be involved in p53/TP53 activation and p53/TP53-dependent apoptotic pathways, probably by enhancing acetylation of p53/TP53. It is a component of a mSin3A-like corepressor complex, which is probably involved in deacetylation of nucleosomal histones. Recent finding reported that ING2 regulates muscle differentiation by regulating chormatin remodeling program. Catalog#11560-1-AP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against full length ING2 of human origin.

Description: Lamin A/C is also named as LMNA, FPL, LFP, EMD2, FPLD, HGPS, LDP1, LMN1. The lamin family of proteins make up the matrix and are highly conserved in evolution. During mitosis, the lamina matrix is reversibly disassembled as the lamin proteins are phosphorylated. Lamin proteins are thought to be involved in nuclear stability, chromatin structure and gene expression. The lack of lamin A/C can be as a novel marker for undifferentiated embryonic stem cells and lamin A/C expression is as an early indicator of differentiation. Mutations in this gene lead to several diseases: Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy, familial partial lipodystrophy, limb girdle muscular dystrophy, dilated cardiomyopathy, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, and Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome. This protein has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the molecular weight of 74 kDa, 65 kDa, 70 kDa and 64 kDa. This antibody can recognize 4 isoforms of Lamin A/C.

Description: Laminins are a family of basement membrane glycoproteins composed of three nonidentical chains, laminin alpha, beta and gamma (formerly A, B1, and B2, respectively) . Laminins contribute to the structure of extracellular matrix and influence the behavior of associated cells, such as adhesion, differentiation, migration, phenotype stability, and resistance to anoikis . LAMB1 (laminin, beta 1) is expressed in most tissues that produce basement membranes, and is one of the 3 chains constituting laminin 1, the first laminin isolated from Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) tumor. LAMB1 is also a subunit of laminin-2 (laminin-211 or merosin), laminin-6 (laminin-311 or K-laminin), laminin-8 (laminin-411), laminin-10 (laminin-511) and laminin-12 (laminin-213).

Description: Intraflagellar transport (IFT), mediated by molecular motors and IFT particles, is an important transport process that occurs in the cilium and has been shown to be essential for the assembly and maintenance of cilia and flagella in many organisms. IFT particles are multi-subunit complexes of proteins that functions to move non-membrane-bound particles from the cell body to the tip of cilium or flagellum, then return them to the cell body. Transport towards the ciliary tip is regulated by the IFT complex B (IFT-B), consisting of at least 15 IFT proteins, in association with kinesin motors, whereas transport from the ciliary tip back to the base is executed by a dynein motor in association with the IFT complex A (IFT-A), currently known to be composed of six IFT proteins. IFT81 is a subunit of IFT complex B.It may play a role in development of the testis and spermatogenesis.

Description: IGF2BP3, also named as IMP3, KOC1 and VICKZ3, belongs to the RRM IMP/VICKZ family. It is one of the RNA binding proteins involved in mRNA localization and translational control. IGF2BP3 is expressed during embryogenesis, as well as in some malignant tumors. It can be used as an independent prognostic factor for osteosarcoma. Both isoforms (64kd and 22kd) of IGFBP3 can be recognized by this antibody. And IGFBP3 is nuclear and cytoplasm stains.

Description: IFI30(interferon, gamma-inducible protein 30) is also named as IP30, GILT, IFI-30, MGC32056, IFI30 and belongs to the GILT family. It can facilitate the processing and presentation to antigen-specific T cells of protein antigens containing disulfide bonds. IFI30 is inducibly up-regulated by IFN-g, as are MHC class II molecules, the associated invariant chain, and HLA-DM, which catalyses peptide loading in MIICs and the 35 kDa species is the IFI30 proform, and the 30-kDa species is the mature form. It can exsit as a dimer.

Description: The TATA binding protein (TBP) is a transcription factor that binds specifically to a DNA sequence TATA box. This DNA sequence is found about 25-30 base pairs upstream of the transcription start site in some eukaryotic gene promoters. TBP, along with a variety of TBP-associated factors, make up the TFIID, a general transcription factor that in turn makes up part of the RNA polymerase II preinitiation complex. As one of the few proteins in the preinitation complex that binds DNA in a sequence-specific manner, it helps position RNA polymerase II over the transcription start site of the gene. However, it is estimated that only 10-20% of human promoters have TATA boxes. Therefore, TBP is probably not the only protein involved in positioning RNA polymerase II. This antibody recognize human TBP with MW 40 kDa and mouse/rat Tbp with MW 34 kDa.
