Supplier: Prosci
Description: RKHD3 Antibody: Rkhd3, also known as MEX3B is a member of a novel family of four homologous human MEX3 proteins each containing two heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K homology (KH) domains and one carboxy-terminal RING finger module. MEX3 proteins, including Rkhd3, are phosphoproteins that bind RNA through their KH domains and shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm via the CRM1 export pathway. These proteins are a novel family of evolutionarily conserved RNA-binding proteins, differentially recruited to P bodies and potentially involved in post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms. Rkhd3 is thought to act as a mechanism to fine-tune mRNA regulation in early Xenopus development, and with Rkhd4, but not Rkhd1, will co-localize with both the hDcp1a decapping factor and Argonaute (Ago) proteins in processing bodies (P bodies), recently characterized as centers of mRNA turnover.

Catalog Number: (CA95040-330L)
Supplier: Cytiva
Description: Designed to generate full length first-strand cDNA from mRNA templates. Following first-strand cDNA synthesis, the sample can be used directly for <i>in vitro</i> amplification using PCR or for second-strand synthesis using the Gubler-Hoffman method.

Catalog Number: (10107-318)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: KBTBD10 contains 1 BTB (POZ) domain and is required for pseudopod elongation in transformed cells. KBTBD10 mRNA is up-regulated by less than two folds in the heart in human patients with HCM.

Catalog Number: (10105-452)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: PIAS4 is an inhibitor of TRIF-induced ISRE and NF-kappaB activation. Its mRNA is selectively expressed in endothelial cells, and its expression can be regulated by angiogenic growth factors

Catalog Number: (10487-988)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Polyadenylation of the 3-prime ends of eukaryotic mRNAs is a key event that takes place in the nucleus during maturation of mRNA. The reaction includes endoribonucleolytic cleavage of the pre-RNA at the poly(A) site that leads to synthesis of the poly(A) tail at the 3-prime end of the upstream cleavage product. The poly(A) polymerase (PAP) is required The adenosine addition reaction depends on poly(A) polymerase (PAP) activity. The testis express PAP-beta (TPAP) in the cytoplasm of spermatogenic cells. The adenosine addition function of PAP-beta plays a critical role in male germ cell production. PAP-beta-deficient transgenic mice display impaired expression of haploid-specific genes that are necessary for spermatogenesis. The intronless gene encoding human PAP-beta maps to chromosome 7p22.3.

Catalog Number: (76100-080)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: DNA-binding protein involved in cell cycle control. May act as a transcription activator. Component of the PRP19-CDC5L complex that forms an integral part of the spliceosome and is required for activating pre-mRNA splicing. The PRP19-CDC5L complex may also play a role in the response to DNA damage (DDR).

Catalog Number: (10104-462)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: The first mRNA transcript isolated for C2orf3 gene was part of an artificial chimera derived from two distinct gene transcripts and a primer used in the cloning process (see Genbank accession M29204). C2orf3 belongs to the GCF family. It is a factor that represses transcription. It binds to the GC-rich sequences (5'-GCGGGGC-3') present in the epidermal growth factor receptor, beta-actin, and calcium-dependent protease promoters. The first mRNA transcript isolated for this gene was part of an artificial chimera derived from two distinct gene transcripts and a primer used in the cloning process (see Genbank accession M29204). A positively charged amino terminus present only in the chimera was determined to bind GC-rich DNA, thus mistakenly thought to identify a transcription factor gene.

Catalog Number: (10100-128)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: The amino acid sequence of hCG_1646157 is derived from an annotated genomic sequence (NT_024477) using gene prediction method: GNOMON, supported by mRNA and EST evidence. The exact function of hCG_1646157 remains unknown.

Catalog Number: (10101-676)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: ZMYM4 regulates apoptosis by altering mRNA turnover and CDIR inhibits apoptosis by acting as a competitive inhibitor of AUF1, preventing AUF1 from binding to its targets.

Catalog Number: (10406-056)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Responsible for the post-transcriptional adenylation of the 3'-terminal of mRNA precursors and several small RNAs including signal recognition particle (SRP) RNA, nuclear 7SK RNA, U2 small nuclear RNA, and ribosomal 5S RNA.

Catalog Number: (10399-774)
Supplier: Bioss

Catalog Number: (10104-320)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: MKNK2 may play a role in the response to environmental stress and cytokines. It appears to regulate transcription by phosphorylating EIF4E, thus increasing the affinity of this protein for the 7-methylguanosine-containing mRNA cap.

Catalog Number: (10100-998)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: METTL3 is the 70 kDa subunit of MT-A which is part of N6-adenosine-methyltransferase. This enzyme is involved in the posttranscriptional methylation of internal adenosine residues in eukaryotic mRNAs, forming N6-methyladenosine.

Catalog Number: (10107-320)
Supplier: Prosci
