Description: The common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA/CD10) is a single-pass type II transmembrane metallo-endopeptidase that cleaves and inactivates a variety of peptide growth factors important for signal transduction including the enkephalins, bombesin and substance P.
