Catalog Number: (10375-472)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Talin, a multifunctional constituent of cell-substratum attachment sites, is a high molecular weight protein (225-270 kDa) found in variety of tissues and cell types. It is localized at a subset of adherens junctions, specialized cell-cell and cell-matrix associations that are characterized by the presence of filamentous actin at the cytoplasmic face of the junctional complex. In cultured cells, talin is absent from cell-cell junctions and found predominantly at adhesion plaques and in fibrillar streaks underlying cell surface fibronectin. Talin interacts with at least two other proteins that are localized at adhesion plaques, vinculin and integrin. Talin and vinculin have been shown to interact with each other and both have been proposed to be involved in generating the transmembrane connection, between the extracellular matrix and the cytoskeleton, that occurs at adhesion plaques. At physiological ionic strength, talin is an elongate, flexible, monomeric protein with the ability to self-associate into dimers at higher protein concentrations.

Description: Capto MMC ImpRes can be used for initial or final polishing steps in MAb purification processes, as well as for polishing of antibody fragments such as domain antibodies (DAbs). The wide window of operation for conductivity and/or pH simplifies the process as conditioning after the protein A step can be omitted.
Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: Sample well water, rain water, distilled/deionized water, boiler feed water, process water, and more with the Orion™ Pure Water™ pH Buffers and pHISA™ Adjustor

Supplier: Cytiva
Description: Capto™ adhere ImpRes is a strong anion exchange multimodal BioProcess chromatography medium (resin), designed to meet the demands of modern large-scale manufacturers, for high-resolution polishing of monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) and other biomolecules. Capto™ adhere ImpRes is designed to allow effective MAb polishing in the second or third step of a purification scheme downstream of the protein A capture step. Polishing can be performed in either bind and elute (binding) or flowthrough (non binding) modes.
Catalog Number: (10765-876)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: The ISA-3 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD278 or Inducible COStimulatory molecule (ICOS), a 47-60 kDA homodimeric glycoprotein also known as H4, AILIM, and CRP-1. It is expressed on activated T cells and a group of thymocytes and is involved in the proliferation, activation, and cytokine production of T cells. When plate-bound, the ISA-3 antibody induces the production of IL-4,5,10 in T cells.

Supplier: Thermo Scientific Chemicals
