Catalog Number: (10328-490)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: PSAP is a highly conserved glycoprotein which is a precursor for 4 cleavage products: saposins A, B, C, and D, which are similar to each other and are sphingolipid hydrolase activator proteins. Each domain of the precursor protein is approximately 80 amino acid residues long with nearly identical placement of cysteine residues and glycosylation sites. Saposins A-D localize primarily to the lysosomal compartment where they facilitate the catabolism of glycosphingolipids with short oligosaccharide groups. The precursor protein exists both as a secretory protein and as an integral membrane protein and has neurotrophic activities. Mutations in PSAP gene have been associated with Gaucher disease, Tay-Sachs disease, and metachromatic leukodystrophy.

Catalog Number: (10395-522)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Involved in translocation of malonate, malate and succinate in exchange for phosphate, sulfate, sulfite or thiosulfate across mitochondrial inner membrane.

Catalog Number: (CA76634-632)
Supplier: Diagnostic Biosystems
Description: The antibody is specific against gastrin-containing cells. This anti-body reacts with human gastrin I and human gastrin I fragments. No cross-reactivity was observed with rat gastrin, human big gastrin, human gastrin releasing peptide, sulfated cholecystokinin amide, non-sulfated cholecystokinin amide and cholecystokinin.

Catalog Number: (CA011-0303)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Produced through a multi-stage process that includes delipidation, salt fractionation, ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration, and affinity chromatography. No contaminating proteins are observed when assayed at a protein concentration of 20mg/mL against anti-whole serum or anti-fragment specific antisera. All immunoglobulin fragments are prepared from highly purified, whole molecules subject to enzymatic digestion.

Description: The CHST4 gene encodes a protein that is involved in enzymatic synthesis in vitro of the disulfated disaccharide unit of corneal keratan sulfate.

Catalog Number: (CAAA41918-7C)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific Chemicals
Description: Mean diameter 2.04 microns. Monodisperse latex spheres stabilized with a slight anionic charge from surface sulfate groups

Catalog Number: (76100-236)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: This gene encodes an enzyme that hydrolyzes the terminal alpha-L-iduronic acid residues of two glycosaminoglycans, dermatan sulfate and heparan sulfate. This hydrolysis is required for the lysosomal degradation of these glycosaminoglycans. Mutations in this gene that result in enzymatic deficiency lead to the autosomal recessive disease mucopolysaccharidosis type I (MPS I).
