Supplier: Biotium

Description: Deionized Water is recommended for improved slide staining results.
Catalog Number: 89176-818
Supplier: Azer Scientific Inc.

Description: Hepatoblastoma is the most common primary tumor of the liver in children. The use of specific hepatocyte markers and also of alpha Fetoprotein or carcinoembryonic antigen are useful for the identification of normal and malignant fetal hepatocytes. This antibody recognizes an uncharacterized antigen present in both adults and fetal normal hepatocytes to produce a distinct granular cytoplasmic staining. This antibody stains majority of hepatocellular carcinomas.

Description: This antibody does not show any cross-reactivity with kappa light chain. It stains B cell follicles in human lymphoid tissues. The mantle zone shows a mosaic pattern of labeling while the germinal centers show a coarse meshwork pattern of staining.

Description: Primary Human Uterine Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HUtMEC) are isolated from the myometrium (middle layer of the uterine wall) from a single donor who is not pre-treated with hormones. The cells are routinely analyzed by immunofluorescent staining: they stain positive for CD31 and von Willebrand factor and negative for smooth muscle alpha-actin.

Supplier: Promocell

Description: By immunohistochemistry, it specifically recognizes a protein in melanocytes and melanomas. This MAb reacts with junctional and blue nevus cells and variably with fetal and neonatal melanocytes. Intradermal nevi, normal adult melanocytes, and non-melanocytic cells are negative. It does not stain tumor cells of epithelial, lymphoid, glial, or mesenchymal origin. Metastatic amelanotic melanoma can often be confused with a variety of poorly differentiated carcinomas, large cell lymphomas, and sarcomas using H & E stains alone. It is also difficult to differentiate melanoma from spindle cell carcinomas and various types of mesenchymal neoplasms. This MAb stains fetal and neonatal melanocytes, junctional and blue nevus cells, and malignant melanoma. This MAb also stains Angiomyolipoma (PEComa).

CF® dyes are Biotium's next-generation fluorescent dyes. CF®594 is a deep red fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 593/614 nm). It yields the brightest conjugates among spectrally similar dyes, and has excellent photostability.
