Catalog Number: (89365-312)
Supplier: Genetex
Description: Rabbit Polyclonal to Human Calcium Sensing Receptor

Catalog Number: (77461-758)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: Among the fluorescent calcium indicator dextran conjugates, Cal-590L dextran conjugates might be a better choice than other red fluorescent dextran conjugates due to its higher fluorescence quantum yield and larger fluorescence enhancement by calcium.

Catalog Number: (76109-690)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Members of the EF-CBP (N-terminal EF-hand calcium binding protein)/NECAB (neuronal calcium-binding protein) family participate in neuronal calcium signaling. EF-CBP2, also known as NECAB2 (N-terminal EF-hand calcium binding protein 2), neuronal calcium-binding protein 2 or synaptotagmin-interacting protein 2 (Stip-2), is a 386 amino acid cytoplasmic protein that contains one antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase (ABM) domain and two EF-hand domains. Expressed in brain, EF-CBP2 is suggested to bind metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 (mGluR-5) in a calcium-regulated manner. The gene encoding EF-CBP2 maps to human chromosome 16, which encodes over 900 genes and comprises nearly 3% of the human genome. The rare disorder Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome is also associated with chromosome 16, as is Crohn's disease, which is a gastrointestinal inflammatory condition.

Catalog Number: (10394-270)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Voltage-sensitive calcium channels (VSCC) mediate the entry of calcium ions into excitable cells and are also involved in a variety of calcium-dependent processes, including muscle contraction, hormone or neurotransmitter release, gene expression, cell motility, cell division and cell death. The isoform alpha-1D gives rise to L-type calcium currents. Long-lasting (L-type) calcium channels belong to the 'high-voltage activated' (HVA) group. They are blocked by dihydropyridines (DHP), phenylalkylamines, benzothiazepines, and by omega-agatoxin-IIIA (omega-Aga-IIIA). They are however insensitive to omega-conotoxin-GVIA (omega-CTx-GVIA) and omega-agatoxin-IVA (omega-Aga-IVA).

Catalog Number: (76715-618)
Supplier: AFG Bioscience
Description: Human Sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic Reticulum Calcium ATPase 3 (ATP2A3) ELISA Kit

Catalog Number: (10390-196)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Calcium channels mediate the influx of Calcium ions into the cell following membrane polarisation. R-type Calcium channels such as Cav2.3 belong to the "high voltage-activated" group and are blocked by nickel. The Calcium channel consists of a complex of alpha-1, alpha-2/delta, beta, and gamma subunits in a 1:1:1:1 ratio. Each of these proteins exists as multiple isoforms, either encoded by different genes or arising from alternative splicing of transcripts. Cav2.3 is an alpha-1 subunit and has 24 transmembrane segments, which form the pore through which ions pass into the cell. Calcium channels containing the Cav2.3 subunit may be involved in the modulation of firing patterns of neurons, which is important for information processing.

Catalog Number: (76707-318)
Supplier: AFG Bioscience
Description: Human Voltage-gated Calcium Channel Antibody (IgG) ELISA Kit

Catalog Number: (76699-252)
Supplier: AFG Bioscience
Description: Human Tumor Associated Calcium Signal Transducer 2 (TACSTD2) ELISA Kit

Catalog Number: (10342-910)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Plays a role in the export of proteins that lack a signal peptide and are secreted by an alternative pathway. Binds two calcium ions per subunit. Binds one copper ion. Binding of one copper ion does not interfere with calcium binding. Required for the copper-dependent stress-induced export of IL1A and FGF1. The calcium-free protein binds to lipid vesicles containing phosphatidylserine, but not to vesicles containing phosphatidylcholine (By similarity).

Catalog Number: (77981-871)
Supplier: LGC Standards
Description: TRC S-Desmethyl-S-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl) Rosuvastatin Calcium Salt

New Product

Catalog Number: (76118-600)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Forms a voltage-independent potassium channel that is activated by intracellular calcium. Activation is followed by membrane hyperpolarization which promotes calcium influx. Required for maximal calcium influx and proliferation during the reactivation of naive T-cells. The channel is blocked by clotrimazole and charybdotoxin but is insensitive to apamin.
