These high vacuum stopcocks are for use in applications involving at least 3.5Kg/cm² of internal pressure

Stopcocks 89062-480, -494, -472, and -474 accommodate replacement plug 89062-486 and replacement FETFE O-Ring 89062-562. Stopcocks 89062-620, -512, -468, and -470 accommodate replacement plug 89062-484 and replacement FETFE O-Ring 89062-560. Stopcocks 89062-482 and -476 accommodate replacement plug 89062-438 and replacement FETFE O-Ring 89062-564. Stopcocks 89062-488 and -478 accommodate replacement plug 89062-492 and replacement FETFE O-Ring 89062-566.

They are designed with variable openings from 0–3mm to 0–15mm. An ultimate vacuum of 10-7 can be obtained with the (standard) three O-Rings. A smooth acting semi-needle valve permits fine adjustment of the opening. The front O-Ring makes a positive closure against a precision formed heavy glass seat. The hooded handle can be removed from the PTFE plug, making the plug bakeable. Reference marks on the body aid in repetitive settings.
