Axygen's plates are made of 99.9% pure virgin polypropylene and specifically designed for PCR applications

The Axygen brand microplates for the Roche Lightcycler® 480 Real-Time PCR system are a perfect to maximize the potential of the LightCycler 480. The consistent thin wall design presents optimized assay conditions, while plates are manufactured from white polypropylene to magnify signal intensity and prevent “cross-talk” between wells. Printed black alphanumerics make it easier to locate wells and orient the plate. All plates are free of any detectable Rnase/Dnase and endotoxins (pyrogens).

Plates are ideal for thermal transfer applications because their ultra-thin walls accelerate heat transfer to provide shorter cycles. Certified RNase-, DNase-, and pyrogen-free to ensure purity.
