G-Biosciences' Dry Powder Buffer Packs are easy-to-use, pre-mixed buffer powders that simply require adding water to generate for use.

G-Biosciences' JAW™ Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) packs [1X] each make one liter of: 2.7mM potassium chloride, 127mM sodium chloride and 10mM phosphate buffer (at a pH between 7.3 and 7.5). Each JAW™ PBS [10X] pack makes one liter of: 27mM potassium chloride, 1.37M sodium chloride and 0.1M phosphate buffer (at a pH between 7.3 and 7.5).
G-Biosciences' JAW™ Tris Buffered Saline [1X] packs each make one liter of: 25mM Tris, 140mM sodium chloride, and 3mM potassium chloride (at a pH between 7.25 and 7.55). Each JAW™ TBS [20X] pack makes one liter of: 0.5M Tris, 2.8M sodium chloride, and 60mM potassium chloride (at a pH between 7.25 and 7.55).
