Stirrers Stirring Tools
Made of stainless steel

Accepted by overhead stirrer motors with corresponding output shaft/chuck diameter measurements. Four-bladed propeller stirrers generate axial flow, drawing media from top to bottom, and local shearing forces. Three-bladed propellers produce efficient flow with minimal shearing. Turbine stirrers generate axial flow, pulling material from above, with minimal shearing. Configuration reduces the risk of user injury if blade contacts the vessel wall.

Dissolver stirrers produce radial flow, drawing material from both top and bottom, with high turbulence and shearing forces for effective particle reduction.

Centrifuge stirrers have two blades that collapse for insertion into narrow-necked vessels and unfold with increasing speed. Operation is similar to four-bladed propellers.

Paddle stirrers effect tangential flow with minimal turbulence and gentle treatment of the media.

Anchor stirrers are ideal for moderately to highly viscous fluids, inducing tangential flow and high shearing rate at the perimeter and leaving minimal material deposit on the vessel wall.

Ordering information: When ordering stirring paddles, please specify the chuck size of your stirrer.
