Units feature timed or continuous operation modes

The separatory funnel attachment (82004-980) holds up to four separatory funnels (50 ml, conical) or separatory flasks (100 ml, conical). Tension roller attachments (82004-976 and -986) feature two rollers to facilitate the shaking of Erlenmeyer flasks and a piece that enables attachment to the perforated platform. The basic tension roller frame (82004-984) contains all the necessary pieces to construct a frame, but no tension rollers. Clamps for Erlenmeyer flasks and separatory funnels consist of the clamp and a piece that enables attachment to the perforated platform.

A process timer allows for unattended operation up to 120 minutes and sends an acoustic signal upon completion. Enclosed housing ensures virtually no heat transfer from motor to platform, and the unit will self-reset to protect against overheating. Model 1040 unit has analog dial speed control. Model 2040 units feature digital speed control. The maintenance-free, balanced, sealed drive system is isolated from spills, which makes the units ideal for use in cold rooms.

Certifications: Model 1040 meets the standards of protection class IP 40 (DIN 40050). Model 2040 meets the standards of protection class IP 20 (DIN 40050).

Ordering information: Manufacturer's three-year unconditional warranty. Units include a nonskid rubber mat. Model 1040 includes a 29x25.8cm (117/16x103/16") platform; model 2040 includes a 39x34cm (153/8x133/8") platform. Model 1040 may be combined with the model 1000 incubator (82005-012) to create a system with reproducible temperature control.
