Adjustable alarm or over-temperature protection setting can be used to protect the furnace or loaded chamber from excessive heat. Thermocouple break protection cuts power to the heating elements, preventing thermocouple failure and runaway conditions. Heating elements are embedded in custom-formed refractory cement, reducing the penetration of contaminants.
