Ryder needle holders are a surgical instrument for grasping and releasing needles during suturing. These needle holders are equipped with a ratchet lock for a secure grip on the needle, preventing slippage or accidental release during surgery.

This lock lets you maintain a firm hold on the needle until you intentionally release it. The ring handles give you a comfortable and secure hold. The tips are narrow and rounded with serrated tungsten carbide inserts in the jaws. Tungsten carbide is a durable material that enhances the gripping strength of the needle holder and reduces wear on the instrument. These inserts provide a reliable grip on the needle and improve the longevity of the surgical instrument.

Ryder needle holders are suitable for any microsurgery where you need a firm grasp of a needle or any other small structure. Ryder Needle Holders are handy during microdissections, too.

They are manufactured from surgical grade stainless steel or premium German steel, both of which are suitable for autoclaving or chemical sterilization. Always clean your surgical instruments promptly after you use them. Proper cleaning lengthens the usable lifespan of surgical instruments.
