These stations provide components for locking out different valves, plugs, and electrical and mechanical control points
Standard stations are also sold with safety or steel padlocks and “Do Not Operate” tags made of reusable heavy-duty encapsulated polyester. Each tag also includes a nylon cable tie. Large and extra-large stations also have the additional option of lockable acrylic doors.
Constructed of sturdy white polystyrene with predrilled holes for wall mounting. Stations include peg-board style holes for hooks drilled into back: four for small, six for large, and eight for extra-large. They also feature built-in lock rails (depending on lock size) for up to 15 locks in the small station, up to 20 locks in the large station, and up to 25 locks in the extra-large station.

Both the large and extra-large lockout stations include one all-purpose cable lockout with 2.4 m (8') sheathed cable, one large universal valve lockout with blocking arm, one 0.6 to 2.5 cm (1/4 to1") ball valve lockout, one 2.5 to 6.4 cm (1 to 21/2") gate valve lockout, and one 2.5–16.5 cm (1 to 61/2") adjustable gate valve lockout. Extra-large lockout stations also include these additional components: two 120 V snap-on breaker lockouts, two 120/277 V clamp-on breaker lockouts with two cleats, two 480/600V clamp-on breaker lockouts with two cleats, two universal multi-pole breaker lockouts, one oversized breaker lockout, one wall switch lockout, one 3.2 to 7.6 cm (11/4 to 3") ball valve lockout, and an extra 2.5 to 6.4 cm (1 to 21/2") gate valve lockout.
