Achieve fast and reliable purification of DNA or RNA with a relatively small elution volume of 10–15µL

Kits do not use organic extractions or alcohol precipitations to allow for safe reactions that can be completed in less than 15 minutes. In addition, the kits yield 80–90% recovery of DNA or RNA fragments. To recover DNA from enzymatic reactions, use the DNA cleanup kits. To recover DNA from PCR reactions, use the Cycle-Pure kits. To recover DNA from agarose, use the gel extraction kits. The RNA kits use a high salt buffer system to bind RNA molecules greater than 200 bases to a matrix, while removing other contaminants.
