Polymerase is isolated from a recombinant E.coli strain containing the DNA polymerase gene from Thermus thermophilus. It exhibits highest activity at pH 9.0 and 72°C. Suitable for a variety of applications, such as standard PCR, primer extension, TA cloning, and gene sequencing.

Ordering information: One Bioneer unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to incorporate 10nmol of dNTP into acid-insoluble material in 30 minutes at 72°C.
