Magnetic separation device-A consists of 24 powerful magnetic rods that fit between the wells of commercially-available 96-well microplates

Magnetic separation device-B consists of a series of ten powerful magnetic disks. Each disk attracts the beads in a 1.5 or 2mL tube fitted in an adjacent hole. After the magnetic beads capture DNA or RNA, the beads are pulled to the side of the tube while the buffer is exchanged. Device holds ten 1.5/2mL tubes or one 15mL tube.

RNase-free DNase set provides a rapid and efficient on-column digestion of DNA during RNA purification using E.Z.N.A.® RNA kits. E-Z 96® vacuum manifold is designed for sample preparation with E-Z 96® DNA/RNA plates. The vacuum manifold replaces many steps to help decrease processing time. OB protease and proteinase K are intended for enzyme digestion during DNA and RNA preparation. Ribonuclease A (RNase A) is endonuclease-free for use in plasmid purification procedures for digestion of RNA. X-Gal and IPTG are commonly used for blue/white screening of bacterial colonies to distinguish bacterial or phage clones after transformation experiments.
