Chemistry kits 32643-500 and -000 include 190 mm (71/2") distilling column; 190 mm (71/2") West condenser; 25 mL, 50 mL, 100 mL, 250 mL, and 500 mL round bottom boiling flasks; 125 mL pear-shaped separatory funnel; one glass stopper; bleed tube; adapter tube with thermometer opening; rubber thermometer holder; and vacuum, three-way, and Claisen connecting tubes.

Chemistry kit 89091-020 includes 190 mm (71/2") distilling column; 190 mm (71/2") West condenser; 25 mL, 50 mL, and 100 mL round bottom boiling flasks; 250 mL round bottom boiling flask with side tubulation; 500 mL three-neck round bottom boiling flask; 125 mL pear-shaped separatory funnel; and two glass stoppers. The side tubulation aids in performing steam distillation or experiments requiring an air bleed. The three-neck flask enables distillation while stirring and adding other compounds.

Chemistry kit 32640-002 may be used for fractional and vacuum distillation; reaction with gas evolution, preparation, or recovery; simple reflux; and reflux with addition. Kit includes Leibig condenser column; cold finger condenser; 100 mL, 250 mL, and 500 mL round bottom boiling flasks; 100 mL graduated separatory funnel; one glass stopper; thermometer with rubber holder; reaction vessel tube; drying tube; adapter outlet tube; distilling tube adapter; and two connecting tube adapters.

Microscale chemistry kits 89091-024 and -022 are ideal for performing experiments covered in Mayo, Pike, and Butcher text "Microscale Organic Laboratory" published by John F. Wiley. Kit 89091-024 includes 7/10 and 14/10[ST] jacketed condensers; 7/10 and 14/10[ST] air reflux condensers; Hickman Still head; 10 mL Erlenmeyer flask; Claisen three-way connecting adapter head; capillary gas delivery tube; gas chromatograph collection tube; drying tube; 1 mL and 2 mL Craig recrystalllization tubes; and 0.1 mL, 0.3 mL, 1 mL, 3 mL, and 5 mL conical reaction vials. Kit 89091-022 includes gas chromatograph collection tube; 0.1mL, 3mL, and 5mL conical reaction vials; jacketed condenser; air reflux condenser; Hickman Still and Claisen three-way connecting adapter heads; capillary gas delivery tube; drying tube; 1 mL and 2 mL Craig receivers; and Craig recrystallization tube with fluoropolymer resin plug.

Delivery information: Kit components are supplied in 34.3L x 25.6W x 13D cm (131/2 x 101/16 x 51/8") polyethylene carrying case, mounted in urethane foam liner. Glassware components are interchangeable with other PYREX brand apparatus of identical joint size. Distilling columns and bleed tubes are for steam distillation or gas flow reactions.
