Ideal as positive controls for Western blotting, ready-to-use cell lysates are derived from cell lines using highly refined extraction protocols to ensure quality, protein integrity, and lot-to-lot reproducibility

Each vial contains 1mg/mL of protein in SDS-PAGE sample buffer. The sample buffer consists of 0.05mM TRIS HCl, 2% SDS, 10% glycerol, and 0.1% bromophenol blue at pH 6.8. All lysates are tested by SDS-PAGE using 4–20% gradient gels and immunoblot analysis using antibodies to key cell signaling components for confirming the presence of both high and low molecular weight proteins.
