Bottle Top Dispensers
Dispensers feature a ceramic plunger that is made of solid, 99.7% pure aluminum oxide, which guarantees the highest degree of chemical resistance, without abrasion or swelling

The cylinder is made of calibrated DURAN® (borosilicate 3.3) glass, is predominantly inert and wear-free, and is protected by robust plastic sheathing. The protective sheathing incorporates two glass windows so that air bubbles can be easily identified. The check valves are also predominantly inert and wear-free. The ball and seat are made of borosilicate glass, the valve springs are made of Hastelloy® material, the valve block and housing are made of ECTFE copolymer, and the suction and dispensing tubes are made of FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene). All components can be disassembled quickly and easily for cleaning, and can be autoclaved at 121°C (250°F).

The suction and dispensing valves can be easily exchanged through the use of an assembly key. The suction tube is screw-threaded for an airtight seal. The dispensing tube is housed within a stable support tube to ensure splash-free dispensing. Every component that comes in contact with the medium is uncolored, free of additives, and manufactured from a material that is inert against the most common media.

These dispensers are equipped with a digital volume setting system, an internal step gauge, and a click-stop micro-step volume adjustment dial. The dial guarantees reproducible results and is calibrated for the lifetime of the device. Dispensers are not for use with hydrofluoric acid.
