This anesthesia center is ideal for high-volume, assembly-line type procedures
Anesthesia can be induced and maintained in four chambers. Two Bain breathing/procedure circuits, one on either side of the machine, allow two people to perform procedures simultaneously for increased productivity. The built-in CO2 chamber circuit can be used for O2 recovery, O2/CO2 short-term anesthesia, or euthanasia. The induction chambers have positive sealing lid gaskets to contain anesthetic gases. Gas flow to the chambers and breathing circuits can be individually controlled. The nose cones supplied with the system have virtually no dead space, which helps eliminate CO2 buildup that can result in death under anesthesia. The internal evacuation manifold collects waste gases from all the circuits and channels them to the back of the system via a single outlet. The precision, funnel-fill isoflurane vaporizer features temperature and flow rate compensation. The aluminum unit has a baked enamel finish.
