Handheld point-and-shoot tachometer targets a rotating object, providing precision results in two seconds.
- Portable
- Stable and repeatable results
- Impact-resistant ABS plastic housing
- Designed to measure moving parts and surfaces
Its optical no-contact measurements are made by placing a piece of reflective tape on the target object. When you point and shoot, the laser beam locks on the self-adhesive reflective tape and counts rotations. This instrument is designed to measure centrifuges, pumps, rollers, shafts, gears, motors, and moving surfaces. Hold button freezes results. Precision quartz crystal ensures stable and repeatable results. LCD digits are 1.3 cm (1/2") high and can be read from 3m (10') away. Low battery condition is indicated on the display. Impact-resistant ABS housing protects the unit.
Certifications: A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Ordering information: Supplied with a 9V battery and 76.2 cm (30") of reflective tape.
