Stop the presses! This DIY paper pot maker is a simple, time-tested tool that transforms ordinary newspaper into a limitless supply of 1.75" Ø pots, perfect for seed starting. Simply wrap a strip of newspaper around the solid oak press, fold it under, and twist into the base. It only takes a few seconds to get several pots from one newspaper page. With these homemade, biodegradable pots, simply plant the whole thing right into the ground, with no repotting necessary.

Hand-turned out of solid oak, each press may have natural wood and color variations, and the knob on top may be round or oval, but the 1.75" Ø of the pot mold will not vary. Repurpose those stacks of papers into all the news that's fit to plant.
