The SAB extension cable enables external modules to measure from further distances with the AiroSensor 20-20-43, facilitating measurements in hard-to-reach areas or where wireless signal is weak.

The SenseAnywhere Bus (SAB) interface extension cable allows external modules to take measurements at a greater distance from the AiroSensor 20-20-43, enabling measurements to be taken in virtually inaccessible locations or where the wireless connectivity is weak. The extension cable can extend the connection up to 40 meters by connecting multiple extension cables together.

The SAB extension cables can be connected to any SenseAnywhere external module, such as the Pt100 Probe, Temp+rh module and 4-20 mA input module. For example, a SAB extension cable can be connected to the AiroSensor with SAB interface and our Temp+rh module to enable temperature and relative humidity measurements at small locations or areas with a poor wireless connection. The data is transferred from the module to the AiroSensor, which transmits it at any time, from any place securely to the cloud database. The measurements are accessible from the SA client portal.

Depending on your needs, the extension cables are available in 3 sizes: 2, 5 and 10 m and they can be connected up to a total of 40 meters. Connecting the SAB extension cable to an AiroSensor and an external module is a matter of simple plug and play. No matter the situation, the SAB extension cable provides a reliable waterproof connection between an AiroSensor and a SenseAnywhere external module over a longer distance.
