Easily change out blocks with the easy-to-use, large lever that quickly releases a block for sectioning. The built-in level ensures consistent block alignment every time, providing the user with a quick reference. Control the vertical movements of the blade with the ergonomic hand wheel. Built for enhanced user safety and comfort, the hand wheel allows the user to accurately adjust the thickness of the sections being cut, producing high-quality, uniform sections for analysis.

Switch between tissue types, blade supply, or technician preferences with the 2-in-1 blade holder. The simple click-into-place positioning system allows the user to easily slide the blade holder to the left or right, allowing you to utilize both sides of the blade. The German-imported Kipp levers ensure a secure locking mechanism of the blade holder, giving you quality sections every time. The manual coarse feed allows for a more natural control over the specimen head. Easily catch sectioning waste with the lightweight, simple, and sleek waste tray. Slide the tray under the front of the microtome and ensure an easy cleanup.
