The small RNA kit focuses on microRNA and small RNA quality control. Analysis of small RNAs is essential for downstream applications such as small RNA NGS libraries. The small RNA ladder includes six fragments ranging from 15 to 200 nt, which provides accurate and precise quantification and sizing of small RNA and microRNA. Focusing on a narrow range of 200 nt magnifies the individual areas of microRNA (10 to 40 nt) and small RNA (40 to 200 nt) allowing for high separation resolution and detailed analysis of each region.
