The Rapid Response™ Plastic Collection Cup is made of polypropylene, ensuring both durability and clarity. The wide opening and leak-resistant lid keep the sample secure and mess free. The cup features clear measurement markings in both ounces (graduations of ½ oz.) and milliliters (graduations of 10 ml) and a wide mouth, facilitating easy sample collection. The temperature strip at the bottom of the cup changes color from black to green to indicate the sample's temperature in both Celsius (32 to 38 °C) and Fahrenheit (90 to 100 °F). This feature allows for easy verification that the collected sample is fresh and its temperature is consistent with typical human urine, an essential step in confirming the sample has not been adulterated or tampered with. The cap and side of the cup include a designated space for labeling the patient's name, room number, doctor, date, and time of collection to facilitate seamless and consistent sample management.
