The Attest in-line sterilty testing system allows you to determine the effectiveness of SIP efforts. A small ampule containing steam-sensitive bacteria is inserted into a holder gasket. The gasket can then be mounted into standard sanitary Tri-Clamp connections and capped with an end cap. After a SIP or CIP procedure, the ampule is analyzed in one hour with the Rapid Incubator. If the SIP process was effective, it will kill the bacteria in the ampule.

Indicator holders serve as a gasket for clamp fittings and a holder for the ampule. Choose an indicator holder with or without an injection port. Indicator holders with a port allow you to insert a thermocouple into the fluid stream, or a luer-tipped syringe through which fluids can be injected into the fluid line.

End caps are 316 SS standard sanitary-clamp end caps, compatible with your clamp fittings. End caps are used to close the line and seal the indicator holder into place.

Clamps are used to clamp together the end cap, the indicator holder, and your existing clamp fitting. Clamps on the right are specially designed for use with Indicator Holders with an injection port. These clamps have an opening around the port, giving you access to the port. For Indicator Holders without an injection port, use standard clamps.

Ampules are filled with heat-sensitive Bacillus stearothermophilus spores. Spores will not survive effective steam sterilization. Ampules must be analyzed with the Rapid Incubator.
