Crimp caps are most common however many customers use screw sample and application dependent. Headspace vials come in both flat bottom and round bottom styles for use in a wide variety of headspace instrument platforms. Headspace screw caps and crimp caps come in a variety of styles and materials including aluminum, bimetal, and steel. Headspace cap septa are available in PTFE/silicone, molded PTFE/butyl, and high-temperature options.

These headspace vials and caps are a perfect fit for a wide variety of applications, including pharmaceutical, environmental, energy and fuels, forensics, materials science, biopharmaceutical, proteomics, and metabolomics.

These headspace vials are constructed from type 33 and type 51 COE borosilicate glass, with low metal content, to protect your sample from destabilizing or leaching.
