ESD brushes are designed to help clean static sensitive equipment and components.

Ideal for removing dust, dirt, and foreign object debris from static sensitive components
Yellow bristles indicate dissipative brushes
Black bristles indicate conductive brushes

These ESD Brushes are designed to allow thorough cleaning of ESD sensitive assemblies without the danger of high charges generated by conventional brushes. Brushes are available with wither dissipative or conductive bristles.

Yellow dissipative bristles are highly resilient and abrasion resistant. They are hot stamped with the ESD protective symbol to indicate that they can be used in static sensitive applications. Black conductive bristles minimize static charge generation and remove electrostatic charges to ground. Conductive bristles are available in two styles, semi-fine and firm. Semi-fine bristles are ideal for chemical and electronics applications. Firm bristles are mainly for use with electronics, such as circuit boards.
