Fluoboric Acid, Reagent, is an inorganic compound that is named oxonium tetrafluoroboranuide, is classified as a strong acid that is corrosive and is used in organic chemistry as a catalyst as well as in metal plating where it is combined with organic reagents and serves as an electrolyte in the cathode treatment of the plating process.
