Unique glass baffle system for process reactors from 2 to 50 L designed to increase agitation in the reactor and mimic baffles found in larger glass lined reactors

Available in square or rectangular shapes
Open or closed bottom
Baffle can be vertically adjusted inside reactor

PTFE joint is offset which permitting baffle to be adjusted up to 1" towards the center of the reactor. The effective baffle length for the reactor size 10 L to 20 L and for 30 L to 50 L are respectively 34 cm and 36 cm.

All baffles are designed with ³/₄" precision ground top and lower tubing for use with compression fittings and top jointed adapter.

Delivery information: Complete baffles consist of glass baffle, glass fillted PTFE adapter and lower PTFE compression fitting.
