Methanol

Methanol (CH3OH) is also known as Methyl Alcohol or wood alcohol. It is a clear, colorless, volatile and flammable liquid. Methanol is a common laboratory solvent and is especially useful for HPLC and UV/VIS spectroscopy applications due to its low UV cutoff. Methanol is toxic if ingested and can result in blindness, coma and death. Suitable for HPLC gradient elution technics.

  • Same high quality as CHROMASOLV HPLC
  • Additional testing for HPLC via gradient analysis and UV-VIS spectroscopy
  • Low UV profile by HPLC
  • Low impurity gradient LC baseline
